In this class, we will utilize the best seasonal produce that our region has to offer. We will talk about how to choose seasonal, local ingredients and the best ways to cook them. Our menu will feature local produce directly from the Ohio Valley’s finest farmers and food producers.

Important Event Details
CLASS FORMAT: This is a semi hands-on class. We will gather around a big table and cook together. Some things are demonstration only, others are hands-on. It will feel like we are all cooking dinner together!
FOOD: Dinner is included. We will eat what we cook!
FOOD ALLERGIES AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: We will do our best to accommodate you. Please notify us in advance so we can make arrangements.
DRINKS: Local craft beer, select wine and bottled water are included with the class. You are welcome to bring soda or a non-alcoholic drink of your choice.
PARKING: There is plenty of parking located directly in front of the building.
ARRIVAL: You’ll come in the door on the left side of the building and turn right. We will have someone there to greet you and show you where to go. Please try to arrive by 5:45 pm so we can get started on time.
ATTIRE: Please wear closed toed shoes such as sneakers. You want your feet to be covered and you want to wear something comfortable since we will be on our feet for a few hours. Please keep your hair pulled back or wear a hat. Otherwise, wear comfortable clothes that could potentially get a little dirty. I will provide aprons. Also, feel free to bring clothes if you need to change after work. There is a nice bathroom where you can change.
WHAT TO BRING: Some classes have leftovers, so you may want to bring a few containers to transport food home.
